As a licensed Realtor with 15 plus years of experience and thousands of  successfully closed real estate  transactions,  I oversee all the details of the purchase and sales agreement for a variety of Realtors and their clients.   I scrutinize the entire contract that has been executed by the clients and drawn up by the agents, organize the files, set up & monitor tasks associated with the contract/closing and calendar accordingly. In addition, I initiate and maintain contact with all parties associated with the transaction: clients, realtors, lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors (building & termite), appraisers, contractors, and vendors. My focus is ensuring that everyone understands their role in the transaction and the timelines they must adhere to as defined by the terms of the sales contract. Regular communication is the key to making sure that each deadline is met and all parties are provided updates on a continual basis ensuring that everyone is apprised of the current status.  Finally, we make sure that all contingencies have been cleared to ensure that you have a happy and successful closing. I  know the ins and outs of what constitutes a successful real estate closing and focus on the details so your clients are happy and you can continue to generate new business for yourself.
